IPCM: The Foundation of gTonnicks® with MisterG
The difference is not simply **what you do. It is how you do it. IPCM — Intentional & Purposeful Contraction of the Muscles — is the foundational principle at the heart of the gTonnicks® Method.
In this essential series, gTonnicks creator MisterG introduces, explains, and demonstrates how to consciously engage the muscles with purpose before movement begins—and how to maintain that engagement throughout the movement itself.
Rather than simply moving the body through repetitions, IPCM teaches you to become an active participant in every moment of your practice. Muscles are intentionally engaged. Posture becomes purposeful. Movement becomes controlled. And the mind remains connected to what the body is doing.
Across the series, MisterG progressively guides you from recognizing and creating intentional muscular contraction to applying IPCM throughout gTonnicks movements and developing greater whole-body engagement.
The series also introduces the gBalance Bar (gBB), a signature gTonnicks tool designed to help reveal changes in alignment, stability, muscular engagement, and movement control as you practice.
Whether you are experiencing gTonnicks for the first time or refining an established practice, this series is where your understanding of the Method begins.
Feel the contraction. Create the intention. Control the movement. This is IPCM. This is the foundation of gTonnicks®.
