Whether beginning your morning or unwinding at the end of the day, this calming session uses controlled stretches and purposeful movement to help release muscular tension, maintain mobility and flexibility, and encourage greater comfort in everyday movement.
In the morning, Restorative Stretch helps gently awaken the body and prepare you for the day ahead. In the evening, it offers an opportunity to slow down, ease accumulated tension, and reconnect with your body before rest.
Move at your own pace, honor your changing needs, and choose a comfortable range of motion throughout the practice. Consult your healthcare provider before beginning or continuing an exercise program during pregnancy.
